Rhod Grivas is a geologist with over 25 years of experience in the resource industry, including 16 years of board experience on ASX listed companies.
Mr Grivas has held a number of director and management positions with publicly listed mining and exploration companies, including Managing Director of ASX and TSX listed gold miner Dioro Exploration NL (ASX:DIO), where he oversaw the discovery and development of a gold resource through feasibility to production.
Mr Grivas has a strong combination of equity market, M&A, commercial, strategic, and executive management capabilities.
Lachlan Reynolds has a strong geological background with more than 25 years involvement in mineral exploration, project development and mining, in both Australia and internationally. He has broad resource industry expertise, across a range of commodities including gold, nickel, copper and uranium.
Prior to joining Golden Mile Resources, Mr Reynolds held the position of VP Business Development for TSX-listed Era Resources and most recently he has managed the advancement of a diverse suite of mineral projects for various ASX-listed junior exploration companies.
Mr Reynolds brings to Golden Mile Resources a strong combination of technical, commercial, project development and executive management capabilities.
Phillip Grundy is a partner at Moray & Agnew Lawyers, specialising in Corporate law and Mergers & Acquisitions.
Phillip has acted as a legal advisor to many ASX-listed public companies across a broad range of industry sectors. He has advised several Australian and international companies in relation to ASX-listings, initial public offerings, backdoor listings, capital raisings, corporate takeovers, continuous disclosure requirements, corporate governance, Corporations Act and the Listings Rules compliance, and general commercial transactions.
Phillip advises a number of international companies in relation to inbound Australian investment, mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings in the Australian market, and cross-border transactions.
Phillip holds a Masters of Laws (Commercial Law) from Monash University, a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Bachelor of Arts from Deakin University.
Phillip is currently non-executive director of ASX listed company, Broo Ltd (ASX:BEE).
Dr Caedmon Marriott has more than 18 years experience in the international mining and exploration industry, in a variety of roles across mineral exploration, fund management, mining project evaluation and corporate finance.
He is currently Managing Director of Aldoro Resources Limited, an ASX-listed Western Australian nickel and gold exploration company and was previously Managing Director of private exploration company Hanno Resources.
Mr Marriott has also worked as a buy-side mining analyst at JP Morgan Natural Resources Fund, Och-Ziff Capital Management and GLG Global Mining Fund, where he focused on public and private equity investments in early stage mining companies. He also founded Firefinch Capital, a research, corporate finance and corporate broking firm based in Perth that focused on servicing clients in the natural resources sector.
Caedmon graduated with MSci (Geological Sciences) and MA (Natural Sciences – Geology) from the University of Cambridge, has obtained a PhD in Earth Sciences from the University of Oxford and is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Justyn Stedwell is a professional company secretary, with over 8 years’ experience as a company secretary of ASX-listed companies, including biotechnology, agriculture, mining and exploration, information technology and telecommunications.
Justyn’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics and Management) from Monash University, a Graduate Diploma of Accounting from Deakin University and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia.

Paul Frawley holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Geology) from La Trobe University. Paul has had over 10 years experience in mining geology, commencing as a junior mine geologist in Heathcote, Victoria, Australia.
He has previously held positions as Senior Exploration Geologist for Bendigo Mining NL and Newmont Australia Ltd, Senior Consultant and Site Geology Manager for Jumelles Ltd (Republic of Congo), senior consultant for the geological consulting firm RSG Global (now Coffey Mining) across a number of sites in West Africa, Chief Geologist and Site Geology Manager for Golden Deeps Ltd/Sabre Resources Ltd (Namibia) and Senior Geologist for Aureus Mining Ltd (Liberia).
Mr Frawley has experience in gold, iron ore, copper, lead, zinc, vanadium and magnetite. Paul has had experience in exploration and mining management and budgeting, site management, procedure audits and training.
